Hi all, a client has asked for help improving their supply chain in maintenance items for their used lube oil re-refinery. Their most common replacement items are pipe joints, nuts and bolts and smaller hardwares. Can anyone provide a list based on experience of other regular maintenance items for such an operation? Spare parts for pumps and compressors aside, I'm thinking of different gauges, valves, and chemical additives that add up to a sizable annual expenditure. Thanks crew!

I've heard about burner tips been frequently corroded when firing a resid from the lube re-refining operation.
