There is no simple answer to your question. You are dealing with a half dozen variables or sothat are not specifically associated with the steel grade.
You can check a number of handbooks, ranging from Bozorth to more modern materials texts, and of course a large number of research papers.
Furthermore, even within the same grade of steel, processing conditions can alter the magnetic properties of the material. This comes up often in my work as we develop hardware for MRI systems.
304SS and to a lesser extent 316SS see an increase in magnetic susceptibility after cold work.
