Can anyone point me in the right direction with regards to getting material "Mag Perm Tested"?

What type and form of materials are you looking for?

Is the magnetic permeability of any metal or do you a specific magnetic permeability?

it is a variation of eddy current testing (NDT) and used to identify regions of high local stress.

The test is pretty straightforward, a number of commercial test labs could do it on a sample or 'on site'
