M&S and chemical eng. plant index for the year 1994 & 2004 1

i have just finished the design of a reactor for the synthesis of ammonia.i want to cost it.to do that i'm told that i need the m&s or chemical eng plant index for 1994 & 2004.please kindly help me in getting these values and the values of any other parameter i may need.an urgent reply will be greatly appreciated.thank you.

The latest M&S Index that I have is 4thQ 2003 at 1133.2.

I would like to have M&S indexes for chemical engineering cost from 2000 to 2004...I tried to use the different link on the forum, but it didn't work. Thank you in advance!

The index for 2004 will not be available until the data is collected and processed for 2004. That should be by about April 2005.
