what is Minimum P.T.dwell time of weld as per ASME
I THINK As per ASME section V Table 2 STEEL MATERIAL ON WELD Penetrate time shows 5 min.
please let me know i am wrong or right.

Yes, it is 5 minutes per Table T-672 for metal temperature at 50 deg F to 125 deg F.
