Low Voltage cable secured w/in 12" of Device

Are the requirements to secure low voltage cable the same as for power cables (within 12" of a device)? The Caddy supports are 5'oc however it seems to need something closer to the Wattstopper box to secure it from someone lifting a ceiling tile and maybe disconnecting it. Any code section per NEC would be helpful. See attachment for the box located on the side wall with green cable.
