Any help and/or advice would be appreciated.
6"-ANSI 300# Flange set @ (-)100oF internal temperature.
Stud bolts have dielectric isolation sleeves (insulating kit).
It is needed to determine if B7 stud bolts are acceptable.
Due to high internal pressure, the strongest material is needed.
 
What is your assurance that the (existing) or proposed thermal and physical insulation will never be violated at those temperatures?
 
You Sure your flange is big enough? My point is that you are missing adequate details for us to understand the problem.
 
an L7 bolt is rated for the stresses the same as a B7.
