low tempco trimmer pots?

Hi,

I'm searching for low tempco (preferrably < 20ppm) PCB mounted trimmer pots (preferrably SMT, but TM is OK). Bourns has a line of these, but there's little demand so no one stocks them. Anyone know where I can get low tempco trimpots?
