low NPSH pump

hi guys,

i am looking for pump with having corrisive fluid which contains KHF2 and traces of HF at 60 gpm, 51.3 ft head but npsha is 4.6 only as pumping fluid have vapour pressure 12.27 psia.

any body can suggest pump for this application!

NPSHa equals to 4.6ft, is very low but there
is some special designs like double casing vertically
suspended pump that can handle.
In other cases, uses an special eye suction design or
an inductor could be enough.
Other alternative is run a pump with the lowest as possible.
There are several options, which is corrects depends of Q and TDH, Nss, Ns.
Potassium hydrogen difluoride is an unusual fluid.
If you don not have an selected pump material yet. You know it is very corrosive, you should use a metal with PREN more than 40.

i am in canada artisi. discharge pressure is 21.3 psig.pumping fluid is tempered cooling water which has corrosive agent KHF2 and trace of HF.any body can state manufacturer that would be great

A 1x2-10 ANSI pump, running at 1800 rpm, will need about 2 ft NPSH. That's likely as good as you'll get, although, if money is no object, you can get a DIN pump with an inducer that only needs about 1.5 ft.

I don't think the .5 ft NPSH improvement would be worth it.
