Low Flow Channel in Dry Detention Pond

Local agency wants the calculations for a Low Flow rip-rap channel in my Dry Detention Pond. How to you incorporate\model this in the pond calcs.

You could use a reach to model the channel. It wouldn't be part of the detention pond, but it would let you evaluate channel flow for smaller storms.
