Low Cost PDM System (non EDS solution)?

Does anyone can recommend a low cost PDM system (other than Teamcenter Engineering or Enterprise) that would work well with Unigraphics CAD data?

We use a home grown one. Unix shell scripts and GRIP code. Shell scripts could be changed to .bat files, but we use Unix for file permission control and mount the UG network drive with NFS.
