May 28, 2008 #3 rconner Civil/Environmental Mar 18, 2005 1,733 pmover, while I don't know the present application nor suppliers of suitable aggregates etc. a reported use of some special sort of yielding backfills etc. for same are e.g. noted in the past thread at http://www.eng-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=21417&page=1 (and special, uncompacted fills in particular are mentioned at the end of my 18 Oct 05 post).
