Nevertheless my recommendations; Peng & Peng comes to mind first. Best I can think of MW Kellogg also has a good book, considered a (maybe ‘the’) ‘bible’ as well, though much older (hence less up to date) then Peng his book. Sam Kannappan is more fundamental/scientific but good as well.
