Hi, I am looking for the best book/article/handbook/website/etc. that is the best resource for piping stress engineering.
Any comments appreciated.
regards,

A search on this site will reveal a lot of good hits/topics.

Nevertheless my recommendations;
Peng & Peng comes to mind first. Best I can think of

MW Kellogg also has a good book, considered a (maybe ‘the’) ‘bible’ as well, though much older (hence less up to date) then Peng his book.

Sam Kannappan is more fundamental/scientific but good as well.

Just one example of a similar topic;
Make sure to read JohnBreen his multiple LPS post.

I could go on, but a quick search will give you sufficient good leads.
