I am looking for a detachable battery pack case that will easily clip or snap onto an OEM holder that is mounted to the bottom of a kinetic art piece. Something like a battery pack attaching to a portable drill would be perfect. But to do so, I need to find the mating hardware to attach to the art piece so a battery pack can clip, snap, or slip onto the art piece. The battery pack needs to hold lithium ion batteries for a 12 volt, and about 10000 mAh pack. I want the user to be able to attach/detach the battery pack with one hand, so a battery pack that has some sort of plug on the end of a wire would be too cumbersome to connect/disconnect. I would greatly appreciate any help in finding a pack/hardware that works for me!

The finest power tool batteries appear to be Milwaukee Brand. You can find, on Amazon, slide in adapters that supply USB outputs with Milwaukee batteries. Find the best one and hack it to provide for your needs.
