Hi,

I am having difficulties locating high purity OFC copper 101. The material probably has to be custom made as the difficult requirement is for VERY LOW impurities. In rod shape of less than 2" diameter.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

how much of it do you need?
There are companies that specialize in small amounts of high purity metals.

OFHC copper is a commodity item, quite readily available at just about any metal supply house. See - bars of C10100 from 1/8" to 6", ships today in lengths to 6'. I'm sure you can find cheaper/closer/quicker if you look.

Thank you all.

Ed, I need about 30 meter of one thickness and 10 meter of other thicknesses. Do you have a source? I have a list of impurities allowed. The regular OFC copper 101 does not cut it.

Luvata, I think that they could do it but they only work with very large diameters. I am looking for mostly less than 2" diameter. TVP, thanks for the tip.
