Hi all:

I'm looking after help here. It happens that we will be manufacturing 6 PV starting next week and I'm concerned in regards to code compliance of my vendor, so we are planning to "hire" a third party audit/inspection (freelance or company)so everything can run smoothly

Any help is welcome

Is the ""low ball bid"" worth the risk and worry about low quality?

The money you're going to spend for an outside inspector and additional freight to destination will probably bring the low bid up close to the next bidder.

Mexico has good craftsmen to do the work, but the quality and ethics of management leaves a little to be desired in what we have seen coming out of that country.
