logo in custom sheet format / hide outline

Hopefully an easy one here. Into my sheet format I'm insterting my companies logo, font, etc. from a word document. Works fine except for the black outline around the block. Anyway to get rid of (or make invisible) that outline?

Try: Right-click, format picture, picture, crop

Does the outline print? I think the outline will show on the screen but won't print on the paper.
