Lock perimeter of surface during Style > Surface Edit

Hi.

I was just curious if there is a way in Creo to do do a Style Surface Edit where if you move a control point, the perimeter of the surface is locked? Currently, it seems that if you move one of the control points that is next to an edge of the surface, it drags/bends that edge along with it, destroying the outer shape of that surface.
