load combination on pile

Is there any people know any codes telling about load combination to calculate the number of pile used in higrise building? In highrise building lateral load will caused additional load acting to pile.
I mean actual load combination (not load combination to design foundation which have factor load)
load case

1.live load
2.windload or earthquake load
3.deeadload
