LINKING ABAQUS AND FORTRAN

For this version of Abaqus, DS recommends Visual Studio 2010 and Intel Fortran Composer XE 2011 SP1 Update 4. Of course newer versions of these compilers may work as well but they were not officially tested with Abaqus 6.13 and thus there might be some issues.
