Hello,
We are currently working on a project in order to organize our team.
Unfortunately, we have a problem concerning the resources allocation and the levelling. Indeed, when we are using the levelling in order to avoid resources overallocation, microsoft project changes the dates by itself.
We tried to link all the tasks together, set up "finish to start" or "must finish on" constraints plus a milestone but the allocation and the dates are still wrong. For example, linked tasks that should be finished before the milestone event are finsishing after the milestone start....
Is the problem due to a wrong priority for each task ?
Should we set up other constraints?
Actually, we would like the levelling to divide the whole duration from all tasks assigned to resources without changing the dates in order to create a coherent calendar for each person of the team: is this possible ?
Many thanks for your help,
The team
