My line styles are way to tiny on my drawing, which is to say the hidden dashed lines are super small, which makes them just look like a dotted line ......... instead of dashes? Same with the phantoms. so is there a scale factor I need to change or is my only choice to modify the "Document Properties/Line Style/line length and spacing values"?

You can change them manually using the Line format toolbar or you can change it in the Doc Properties. If its something you want to keep in all your drawings you will have to change the Doc properties and save it in your drawing templates and sheet format.

Thanks Scott, but I'm more concerned with the style factors, the spacing/length ratios. I'm looking for a scale factor that adjusts all the styles(hidden/phantom/center) with one number(percentage). In other words, I am happy with the space between dash marks, and the length of the dashes, but they need to be bigger by the same percentage, like the view scaling. When I change the property on the drawing of view scale all the views are scaled up at the same amount.
