What is the reason behind limiting MAWP?

also what is the reason behind always nozzles limiting MAWP?

NOZZLES DO NOT LIMIT MAWP (UNLESS PRESSURE TEMPERATURE RATINGS LIMIT) NEVER REINFORCEMENT

NOZZLES ARE DESIGNED TO MEET EITHER MAWP OR MAP IF YOU HAVE THE CORRECT METHOD CHECKED
