LH Joist minimum shear stength 1

I have seen references stating the minimum shear strength of a K-series joist is 25% of the end reaction.

Where is this stated in SJI specs?

Is it the same for LH series?

The minimum web shear strength requirement is in section 4.4.2 of SJI 100-2015 (Standard Specification for K-Series, LH-Series, and DLH-Series Open Web Steel Joists and Joist Girders, effective January 1, 2015). So, yes, the requirement is applicable to LH-Series joists as well. The requirement is in section 4.4 of the 2010 K-Series standard specification and section 103.4 of the 2010 LH- and DLH-Series standard specification.
