Hello,
I'm having an issue with foaming in the gas / oil separator.
Vessel stands 6' 4" seam to seam 18" diameter.
However, when the package is ran with a 12" diameter vessel standing 4' 2" seam to seam we do not have any foaming issues.
This package is being ran open with 0 PSI suction pressure, compressor discharge is around 60 PSI. Oil temperatures are around 125°F inlet 177°F outlet.
Compressor oil is Total PAG 150.
Does anybody have any ideas, outside of swapping for a smaller vessel, to eliminate the foaming issues?
