left handed and right handed helical gear

I have a gear prt which is relation driven(downloaded from proecentral). one of the parameters that i can change is Helix_Angle. Is it possible for me to get both a lefthanded and a right handed gear using the same prt ? or do i need to create another gear part which would be lefthanded??
