please have any one an idea about the finite element analysis of a leaf of spring?

By 'a leaf of spring', did you mean one leaf of a multileaf spring assembly? I can't help with that.

If you're talking about FEA of a single leaf spring, there's been an Excel file for that, floating around for at least ten years.

I mean a multileaf spring (5= 3 main and 2 helper)
