Lead free soldering vs. Reliability Predictions

Hello,
Would any one be aware how we can factor in the Lead (Pb) free soldering process and /or components in reliability predictions? Be it 217 or any other model.

I would think the procedure is identical for leaded or lead-free solder. You basicaly have some sort of failure rate that you add to the basic failure rate of the part.
