Reliability Availability Maintainability KPI

Hi,

I am new in reliability engineering, and would like to know if there is standard such as ISO that governs the RAM analysis? Especially Availability, what is the baseline acceptable performance of Availability for an equipment or plant?

Eg, if availability is > 90% good, < 90% marginal, < 70% poor.
