Are you talking about wind or seismic?

Yes.

Atleast wind but seismic will help too.

Not looking forward to implimenting ASCE guidelines when IBC comes in effect on Dec 31 around here.

BOCA was familuar and comfortable.

I think the seismic for ASCE 7-02 just points back to IBC. For wind, we use the ASCE 7 wind load generator STAAD provides. Generating the pressure distribution (profile) is done fairly well on many software, but many of them don't apply it correctly to odd-shaped buildings or structures like towers.
