Good Afternoon Everyone,
We have an Amada FO3015 with a Fanuc 4000A Resonator. We been using a lot of Gas lately and I am hoping to get machine soon to check for leaks, proper consumption Etc. The Fanuc Manual says to Run Laser in Base Discharge (lanes Off) and to adjust controller for a 10Lpm consumption as determined by Flowmeter put between supply and Oscillator. Simple enough except Fanuc uses a Premix. How do you know what the Flowmeter should read for Premix? N2 is way different than Helium.

I have at my disposal:
Several Matheson Flowmeter controls: 601,602,604 and 610 with steel balls, and 603 with glass balls.
I have a website that gives me detailed Info for N2, Co2, and Helium separately, but not mixed

Our Mix is:
5% CO2
40% Helium
55% Nitrogen

Is there a rule of thumb when using a Flowmeter for mixed Gas?
