Large flange class 1500 1

Hi,
We need for a gas project a 30" RTJ, Weld Neck Flange, Class 1500#, RTJ, CS, ASTM A694-WPHY-65.
For class 1500, the range of the most common standards (ASME B16.47 and MSS-SP 44) is until 24", for these reason we have no information to design this flange and we are looking for something that could help us.
Does Someone know NORSOK Standard L-005?? They use use a steel seal ring, but it is not clear the type of face that the use? (we need RTJ)

Norsok L-005 is specifically related to Compact Flanges. These are not the same as B16.5 dimensions. The gasket is an RTJ variant, but not oval or octagonal section. Also the facing is not 'raised face' type. The 1500# class goes up to 1200mm so you could use this design directly, however you may have problems with availability of in-line components, valves etc.

You could check whether DIN 2637 or DIN 2638 welding neck flange can fit the job.
