I'm looking for 26 through 30" slip-on flanges in the 300# class. I understand that B16.47 only covers WN and blind flanges, but is anyone aware of slip-on flanges that can be used opposite B16.47 series A 300# flanges? Or are WN the only option?

I've looked at Alaskan Copper (no 300# slip ons) and Texas Flange (B16.1 class 250 iron pipe is the closest) catalogs without finding anything.

Thanks,
Steve Perry

In looking thru the Navco Piping Datalog - they list slip on flanges up to Class 2500 to 12" OD, in Class 300, they list slip on flanges up to 24" OD.

It doesn't mean slip ons for 26" - 30" don't exist, but Navco is pretty complete.

Is space limitations the driver for wanting to use slip ons?

If your fixed on slip-on flanges, you might consider the Industrial Standard Class 350. It's shown in the Texas Flange Catalog. I don't know what satndard covers this flange, if any. A call to Texas Flange will probably get you that answer. They were called Pressure Vessel Flanges in my old Tube Turn Catalog.

I had looked at these, but the drilling is different.

Anyway, a WN flange will do for now. I'll give Texas Flange a call if the need arises in the future.

Thanks Greg and NozzleTwister.
