laptop to siemens s7 200 cable

Was wondering exactly what I need to hook my laptop to an s7 200. DB9 connector on plc and ethernet and usb on my laptop. Was wondering if anyone knows a way to convert the ethernet port over to a standard serial port on the computer?

You connect your laptop via a hub or ethernet cross over cable.
