laminate modeler - user failure criteria -

I try to impliment my own failure criteria in laminate modeler, and I encounter a few problems.
the example file found in the help guide does not work. Patran returns an error where it explains that I must add functions: check_mat_allow_valid, name....
I do not know how to implement them, which values must I give them...

if anybody has a tip, it would be great.
