Labeling of plan view capabilities

I need to label the horizontal information for a sewer line with geopak, but all I am able to produce is the sewer line name and node name. Is there a way with geopak to label the TR, FL, STA and offset of a sewer line? And is it dynamic?

Use the Labeler tool in GeoPak. On the Main Tool Pallatte Second tool down on the Right.
