kindly if we have chemical factory with waste water COD more than 150 000 ppm. this factory especially for manufacturing all the type of resins which considered as main components for paints and others industries. How we cpould remove this DISSOLVED COD practically and which industries must be applied.

That wastewater COD value is huge. Before we could offer any type of assistance you would have to tell us something about the nature of the waste. You mention that this COD is dissolved but does it also contain solids that might be able to be settled out?
Are the resins from the paint the main source of the COD? How much water do you have to treat?

Its unlikely that a biological process would be suitable or at least not on its own. Most likely some sort of chemical treatment to coagulate and precipitate the contaminants would be the likely first step.


Likewise it may be easier to stop or reduce the contamination of the water elsewhere in the process than it is to treat the water at the end of the line.

If you organic contamination is that high, then consider an evaporation process.
