Joint Shear Design

Hi guys, I have this problem I'm trying to calculate the joint shear of a structure in ETABS 2019, but when I
assign the longitudinal reinforcement to the beam the program shows NC (Not Calculated) in almost every joint, if I
left the program to use the reinforcement required by analysis it shows the ratios for every joint.
Do you know what's happening?
