I'm trying to WELD C102 to C102 oxygen free copper to oxygen free copper using some means. Welding tube to header for hermetic sealed joint.

Use: Condensor using water - 2 phase flow

Weld joints are small.....03" wide x .75" diameter flange.
thickness of flange is only .006" being joined to a .03" thk base.

Who is in the business of doing this?

is the product form small enough to consider oven brazing?

it's fairly economical and there are heat treaters that do this provided the size is within their work envelope

Braze would be my first choice. Welding light gage Cu is tough. There are brazes that will do this without flux. I am thinking of some of the metalic glass foil products.

Following up on the suggestion by EdStainless here is a company that we have used many times with great results. Have never worked with brazing OF Cu. If brazing does work you may want to look at soldering using preforms.
