Please tell us the number of RPMs (we say "revolutions per minute") and the VALUE of the Engine.

Power = Torque X RPM X Constant (to convert to appropriate unit system).

If this is an internal combustion engine, torque will not be a constant value.

Most industrial gas engines have very flat torque curves from 60% to 100% of rated speed, so HP is fairly linear. Thats how we can run speed control on reciprocating compressors coupled to engines.

do you have any indication of the physical size , number of cylinders, is it diesel or petrol powered ??

Your question at the moment doesn't make any sense, the power could be anywhere from 1/2 hp to a few thousand hp.
