Is there any freeware solver to solve plate buckling?
I mean like this:

With constraints(all edges are pinned) and distributed compressing loads:

I need solver that provide linear buckling, NOT normal/resonant mode analysis
(well if it has normal mode analysis - it's a plus, but this is not what I'm looking for.)
I'm trying Mystran, but the documentation says: "As of 1/1/2019 only the BAR element is coded for buckling (SOL 5) or differential stiffness (SOL 4)".
I guess Mystran doesn't provide such kind of analysis.
Well, could you advise such kind of freeware that supports linear buckling analysis for plates?

Finding of prestressed normal modes is part of Linear Buckling analysis in FEA. You can not solve buckling with solver that not capable of Normal modes.
Linear buckling is also called Eigenvalue Buckling.

You may try Calculix or Codeaster.

can you get the eigenvalues for your plate ?

can't this be solved with text books (ie hand calc) ??

another day in paradise, or is paradise one day closer ?

Personally I recommend Calculix. It’s basically open-source version of Abaqus (at least of its solver because you need separate pre and postprocessor for Calculix). Also, you can find some equations for hand calculations of such a plate in "Roark’s Formulas for Stress and Strain" as well as in "Theory of elastic stability" by Timoshenko.
