Is there a way to re-qualify B31.3 Pipe segments if they are undocumented (no WPS/PQR)?

Hi,
We have some piping that would currently be classified under B31.3 process piping. It is used to connect pump discharge and return the flow to suction of the pump in order to test the pumps. This piping is carrying LNG or LPG at times depending what test is being conducted. Only the dimensional prints exist. Some of these piping spools might be anywhere from 30 to 10 years old based on drawing timeline. I have looked under B31.3 and API 570 but can't find a mitigation that would help us confidently return the piping to service, can anyone advise? These spools are essentially RF weld-neck flanges welded to schedule piping made of 304 SST, at least that's what the drawing dictated but I don't have the records to prove that.

Thanks,
Dennis
