NX allows you to import CGM files. This usually results in curves being creating in the modeling application. If you need to transfer these curves directly to a drawing sheet (e.g. to make a drawing border) you can follow the steps in this thread:

Drafting Templet import Auto-CAD - Siemens: UG/NX
I am using NX6 Version, I have a drawing templet in Auto-CAD with some logo & fixed text, which i want to use in NX. Also I want to add some NX variables in my imported title block, which i can change accordingly. I have tried to import DXF, but with that i am getting the file in 3D. Any help...
