Is ASME/ANSI B16.5 a flat face flange?

Hi, fellows!

I'm developing a seal application for DP flow and my costumer asked me if my seals are flat face flanged. The onlyu information I have is that they comply ASME/ANSI B16.5. Is this for flat face onlu or either for raised face?

B16.5 covers both flat and raised face. You have to specify which is required.
