Installing and configuring Pro/INTRALINK isn't for the timid or the novice. Find a test computer somewhere in your company. Install and configure Pro/INTRALINK several times to get comfortable with the options. Test everything!

PTC spends 6 days installing, and configuring Pro/INTRALINK. You have to know what parameters will pass into Pro/INTRALINK. You have to know what files reside in Pro/INTRALINK and what files reside outside of Pro/INTRALINK. Then there are settings you can only set once. If you set them incorrectly, Pro/INTRALINK won't ever run efficiently.

My recommendation is to have someone install and configure it for you. Make them liable for getting the system running.
