Internal UG system error

I am running NX 3.0.5.3 MP10. I have run the GPDL attributer and sent those details out to their own files. I am trying to run the Assembly BOM to file command and I keep getting the following error message: ERROR-Internal UG system error. Processiing stopped.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Have you looked at the installing requirements for GM tools the bom to file will fail when there is no dotnet(+rights) installed several settings in the office 2003 excel not exist.
