Internal pressure design at atmospheric

When a customer spesific the internal pressure will be at atmospheric and a vent is used in the tank, the calculation for the internal pressure will only be the static head of the content and the weight of the vessel itself.

I just want to confirm this. IS this right or not? thank you for your help guys
