I'm having trouble creating an interior mitered flange on a c-shaped edge of a box. I have been trying a swept wall using tangent edge to select. It fails whether I use inside or outside radius, relief or no relief.

Do I need to create each of the three flanges seperately?

It seems like a fairly standard SM feature, should be easy.

Yes, you are best off creating each flange individually. This will give you more control over the flanges. Also you can write relations to guid the flanges if need be. I am an avid pro sheet metal user and have found that individual features work best to avoid unneccesary dependencies. Swept walls seem to sometimes have problems during the unbend phase also.
