Integral nozzle hub thickness limitation

Does ASME follow any standard, which limits the thickness of hub. If yes, please guide me
Also, is there relation between the shell thickness and hub thickness as per ASME or any general suggestion

Here's some guidance.

For ASME VIII Div 1, read UG-36 and Figure 37.1.
For ASME VIII Div 2, read Section 4.5 and associated figures.
