EN 13445: tubesheet integral with hub from plate - Allowed?

Hi,

Is it possible to use (for a EN 13445 project) an integral tubesheet with hub from plate (es. EN 10028-3 P355 NH) without no test on hub?
For example ASME requires the tension test specimens on hub region.
